The DeVries barn was
built in the 1940's and was built on the Herseyproperty at the SE corner of P
and Westbrook. It was moved to this location in the early 1980's
when it
was purchased by the Singers from the then owner. It was once used as a
hog barn. The original barn was just the center portion. The west
wing was added some time later and the east wing was added by the DeVries in
2004.
